Risk Management Head needed at Gadol Financial Service Limited

Position Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our risk management function. The Head of Risk will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies, ensuring compliance, and safeguarding the company’s assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the company’s risk management framework.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead risk reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with leadership to align risk strategies with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree
• Relevant professional membership or qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CRMI, AERMP, etc is required
• 10 years experience in Financial Services
• At least 5 years in Risk Management
• Experience in asset Management will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of risk management principles, regulatory expertise, and leadership abilities.
