  • Must reside in Ogba, Agege, Ikeja or in between the Ojodu-Berger axis of Lagos.

Role and Responsibilities
Administration:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations efficiently.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and databases.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring seamless logistics.

Human Resources:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes.
  • Address employee queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Compliance:

  • Stay abreast of labour laws and regulations.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures align with legal requirements.
  • Assist in audits and compliance checks.

Employee Engagement:

  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Organize team-building activities and events.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc or equivalent in related fields, a minimum of 2 years post-NYSC work experience
  • Proven experience in administrative and HR roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
