Key Responsibilities:

Digital Engagement and Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create and schedule engaging content that attracts and retains target audiences.
  • Convert online leads into sales through direct engagement and follow-up.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages across digital platforms promptly.
  • Optimize digital campaigns to enhance engagement and lead generation.

Business Development and Lead Conversion:

  • Identify and qualify business opportunities through digital channels.
  • Convert leads generated from agents and online inquiries into sales.
  • Develop relationships with potential clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and pitches.

Customer Care and Client Relations:

  • Maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely support and addressing concerns.

Sales and Marketing Support:
