Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
- Actively prospect for new clients through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, field outreaches and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Conduct property tours for prospective clients and showcase the features and benefits of our short-term rental apartments.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, relocation companies, lounges, supermarkets, cinema and other potential partners.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients post-stay to gather feedback and encourage repeat bookings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to promote our short-let apartments.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to increase brand visibility and attract potential guests.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our properties and network with potential clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue.
- Negotiate rates and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the operations team to manage inventory and availability effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and bookings using CRM software.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
- Coordinate with the finance department for invoicing and payment processing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales (3 years+), preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of the local market and travel industry trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
