  • Attendance and punctuality records

Administrative support:

  • Assisting school administrators

Student support:

  • Assisting with student enrollment and registration
  • Handling student queries and concerns
  • Providing general support and guidance

Event planning:

  • Assisting with organization and coordination of school events
  • Booking venues and catering
  • Sending out invitations and notifications

Compliance:

  • Ensuring adherence to school policies and procedures
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion

Other tasks:

  • Providing backup support for other administrative staff
