IT Professional/Webmaster needed at LaCour Boutique Hotels

Job Summary:

• We seek a versatile IT Professional/Webmaster to manage our hotel’s infrastructure, ensuring high efficiency, optimized resources, and exceptional guest experiences, while also maintaining our website and collaborating with our digital marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Professional:

CCTV Systems Management:

• Maintain and troubleshoot existing CCTV infrastructure
• Perform regular software updates and quarterly system checks
• Provide detailed reporting

Network Connectivity and Performance:

• Monitor and optimize internet, WiFi, and LAN connectivity
• Assess and improve WiFi coverage
• Troubleshoot internet connectivity issues

Endpoint Hardware and Software Support:

• Maintain and repair computer hardware and peripherals
• Install and update software
• Resolve hardware-related issues

Semper Software Management:

• Configure Semper software for local and remote access
• Perform regular software updates and troubleshooting
• Collaborate on server backup

Website Maintenance:

• Ensure website uptime and availability
• Perform regular software updates and security checks
• Troubleshoot website issues

Collaboration with the Marketing Teams:

• Work closely with Digital Marketer to ensure website alignment with marketing strategies and to implement website updates and changes
• Provide technical support for digital marketing initiatives
• Ensure website analytics and tracking codes are properly implemented

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management and website maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with digital marketing teams

Proficiency in:

• Network administration
• CCTV systems
• Computer hardware and software
• Semper software
• Web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Content Management Systems (CMS)
