Job Description

Requirements

  • 1 – 3 years of work experiencein a customer service role.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
