Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Support and drive the implementation of compliance of corporate policies, and procedures with company’s vision
- Drive the company’s recruitment and employee retention strategy
- Manages and implements the performance appraisal review system
- Interviews, selects, trains, appraises, coaches, counsels and disciplines departmental employees/managers according to company standards
- Effectively communicates with team members
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or in any related field
- Maximum of 6 years HR Management with spcialisation in Performance Management Systems and Employee Engagement
- A strong understanding of labor and employment law
- Strong oral and written communication skills
