About the Job
- To manage and implement HR services, policies, and programs for our Fertilizer Plant sub-division.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement HR programs aligning with company strategy.
- Enforce disciplinary policies and manage grievances.
- Develop and monitor the HR budget.
- Assist in developing and documenting HR policies.
- Communicate HR policies with Plant Management.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and forecasts.
- Advise on HR needs and track goal progress.
- Align workforce with company goals through programs and guidelines.
- Manage expatriate HR issues.
- Conduct manpower planning and manage recruitment.
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Manufacturing experience will be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and negotiating skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and technical report writing skills
- High integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Excellent employee and industrial relations skills
- Knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, risk management, HSE practices, and benefits administration
- Licensed to practice HR in Nigeria by CIPMN; membership in additional HR bodies is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Proficiency in ERP.
