Responsibilities

  • Customize service offering to meet clients’ service needs and develop ways to improve clients experience and build brand loyalty.
  • Deepen existing customer relationships and acquire new customers
  • Develop business proposals, business presentations and bids, negotiate contract terms and onboard new clients
  • Conduct audit of each location at least once a year and whenever a fundamental change in operational dynamics demands for a process audit
  • Provide input into training modules for capacity building
  • Upgrade and refresh company’s website
  • Enhance company’s market share and attend seminars, conferences and events to build company’s business network and profile
  • Strategically grow the business identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services
  • Provide infrastructural support with regards to acquisition, deployment, maintenance and upgrade of equipment to enhance service delivery.

Specific Tasks:

  • Prospect for new clients and broaden scope of existing relationships
  • Write and review of Standard Operating procedures, business proposals
  • Periodic field patrol/operational process reviews.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees in a Business-related field with 5 – 15 years relevant work experience.
  • Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, or a relevant role
  • Experience in customer support / relationship management is a plus
  • Strong IT skills
  • Communication and negotiationskills
  • Male with valid driving license must.
