- The General Manager, Commercial (GMC) is responsible for leading and managing the company’s commercial activities, with a primary focus on driving revenue growth, fostering business partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in commercial roles within the manufacturing industry, particularly durable consumer goods.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and business expansion.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Commercial Strategy
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and customer behavior.
- Define a compelling value proposition and optimize pricing strategies.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for sales, marketing, and distribution.
- Set sales targets, establish marketing campaigns, and monitor performance.
- Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Business Partnerships
- Identify and evaluate potential partners aligning with strategic goals.
- Conduct due diligence and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
- Cultivate strategic alliances for synergies and market access.
- Strengthen relationships with key suppliers and manage supply chains.
- Track partnership performance and their impact on growth.
- Engagement of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and Partners
Export Team
- Execute a strategic plan for international market expansion.
- Conduct comprehensive market research in target markets.
- Ensure export activities comply with international trade regulations.
- Oversee efficient logistics and supply chain processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with international customers.
Research and Development (R&D)
- Allocate resources effectively to R&D projects.
- Drive innovation for existing and new products.
- Maintain quality control standards for products and technologies
- Foster collaboration between R&D and other departments.
- Support R&D initiatives to meet evolving customer demands.
Extended Consumer Responsibility (ECR)
- Identify potential corporate partners for tire recycling programs.
- Develop and negotiate terms with corporate partners.
- Tailor ECR programs to meet partner needs and sustainability goals.
- Oversee program implementation, including logistics.
- Track and analyze ECR program performance against sustainability and financial targets.
Exhibition/Events
- Coordination of pop-up sales and events
- Work with the Sales and Marketing team on planning, organizing, and executing the company’s exhibition and sales events
Contract Manufacturing
- Engagement of local and international manufacturers for the integration of FREEE Recycle products into new products.
- Creation and management of a network of local and international contract manufacturers.
- Oversee the regular assessment of service level provided by contract manufacturers in terms of quality, speed, and convenience.
- On-boarding and off-boarding of contract manufacturers
