  • We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to manage the B2B Sales of our client in the logistics sector specializing in imports, exports, and nationwide, and local deliveries with over 10 years of experience.
  • Your role will involve growing our B2B customer base, acquiring new accounts, and managing the ever-growing portfolio of clients located in Lagos, throughout Nigeria, and across the globe.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Acquire New Clients: Identify and engage with B2B clients whose businesses require the support of the logistics and shipping industry.
  • Client Relationship Management: You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
  • Product Knowledge: You will conduct website demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our services.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: You will develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, and provide feedback to the management team to enhance product offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Key Accounts Management: Sustain and cultivate client relationships, simultaneously delivering regular reports to the management team.
  • Meet/exceed revenue targets for your portfolio of accounts monthly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry.
  • 5 years of work experience and at least 3 years of sales experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven record of closing a high volume of sales.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and prospects.
