Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proximity to Ajah is a key requirement
