Job Description

  • We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Manager to oversee the operations of our medical distribution outlet in Dopemu-Alimosho.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medical sales, particularly in the Dopemu-Alimosho area and surrounding regions, and a proven track record of building strong relationships with healthcare providers.
  • As the Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring the overall success of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive growth in the Dopemu-Alimosho area and surrounding regions.
  • Manage daily operations of the medical distribution outlet, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, track sales performance, and report on key business metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory to ensure product availability and meet client demands.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, , or a related field.
  • Proven experience in medical sales, particularly within the Dopemu-Alimosho area and surrounding regions.
  • Strong knowledge of medical products and the healthcare market.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
