We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team at Glocient Hospitality. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive business growth. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, events, and partnerships.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing, to drive qualified traffic and leads.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and external agencies to align marketing strategies with business objectives and sales targets.
  • Plan and coordinate events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and engage with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and technology solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the technology industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
