Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a background in the sports betting industry to join our team in Nigeria.
• As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across channels (digital, social, email, events)
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve ROI goals
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, customer support)
• Conduct market research and analyze customer data to inform marketing decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes
• Manage and execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Measure and report on marketing performance (KPIs, metrics)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of marketing experience in the sports betting industry
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies
• Strong understanding of Nigerian sports betting market and regulations
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media ads)
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
