• Team Management and Budgeting skills
• Proven experience in managing production teams and operations
• Strong budgeting and cost control abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Relevant certifications in Production or Operations Management
